The leaves have not yet completely fallen and the colors are brilliant! The seasonal cycle amazes me year after year and always promises to deliver lots of magnificent color and lots and lots of leaves! As beautiful as it can be one day, one strong wind can change the landscape here, overnight!


As the fundraising season closes, and the camp gets winterized and buttoned up, we still have lots to do before we can call it a “wrap.” Besides the abundance of leaves that have fallen, our cabins have been cleaned; the life that was so vibrant in them yesterday is just a memory now. We always get a bit sad to say goodbye to a season, as we hold memories that were made for a lifetime!
