Upcoming Annual Events

As the camp season comes to a close, annual events hosted by Camp Paquatuck begin. The ultimate goal of these activities is to cut down on costs for campers. There are many events to look forward to before the start of the camp season of 2020.

Entering its 26th year, Bradstock is much like the famous festival Woodstock from 1969. Bradstock is a two day festival full of food and music held from August 31st to September 1st at Camp Paquatuck. Special camping ground accommodations can be made. The festival donates a generous proceed to the camp. More information and the list of acts can be found at

Fuoco Memorial Golf Feastival:

Yes, you read that correctly. Celebrating 50 years, the Fuoco family and the Patchogue Rotary Club are back with another golf tournament on September 19th. Each hole features a different Italian food specialty, followed by a dinner buffet and bar. 100% of all proceeds go to Camp Paquatuck. More details can be found at

The festival is exactly what it sounds like. Modeled after the German festival of the same name that includes music, dancing, and beer. 100% of all funds raised are given to the camp. This year hosted September 27-29. For additional information, visit

Spooky Walk:

Founded by the Paquatuck Squaws and now celebrating 31 years of scares, Spooky Walk returns with one of the longest haunted walks on Long Island. Hosted at Camp Paquatuck on October 18th, 19th, 25th and 26th. For more information and to volunteer, visit

Inlet Ride:

Spanning 28 miles from Cupsogue Beach to Shinecock Inlet and back, the ride is from 8am to 1pm in May 2020. For additional information, visit

Camp Pool Update

Let's Pool Together!

Dear Friends:

Summer may seem far away, but here at Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck we are already planning for the 2019 camp season and working to make sure it’s the best year yet. That’s why we would like to tell you about the Camp’s newest project – a new swimming pool for the kids.

The Camp’s pool, which is more than 30 years old, has a crack and needs to be replaced. The cost of replacing the pool is $250,000, and we have already begun our fundraising efforts. A long-time supporter of the Camp has generously provided a matching grant of up to $125,000 for this project. This means that every dollar donated for the pool will be matched up to $125,000, helping us reach our goal of $250,000 in half the time!

We hope you will help us capitalize on this incredible opportunity by spreading the word about Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck and the campaign for a new pool. Now, we need friends like you to copy, paste, and SHARE with your contacts, friends, and followers.

Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck’s campaign for a new swimming pool is in full swing! To date we have raised $9,750. With the generous match, we have $19,500 toward our goal of $250,000. We have a long way to go to reach our goal of installing a new pool and splash pad.

Please help us build a new pool for the kids. Make a contribution today – your gift will be matched dollar for dollar. Simply click the link below.

Let’s Pool Together Donation

And tell all your friends. Together we can make this a reality!

Retirement of camp director Bridge Reilly Costello

Camp PaQuaTuck
Moriches Rotary Health Camp
Parents February 5, 2019

Recently, personal demands have increased and are creating more demands on my “non-professional” hours. As a result, I may not be able to give full attention to the camp as I have for the last decade. And I do not want to short change the camp. And so, it is with reluctance but contentment that I tender my resignation as the Executive Director.
Camp Pa Qua Tuck has grown so rapidly in the last decade. I feel as though we hit the ground running and haven’t stopped. We have identified these challenges as a group, and we always tried to meet them head on. The future promises additional growth and that is so exciting! I have thoroughly enjoyed my part in meeting many of those challenges. I hope to remain a friend and supporter of the camp for as far as I can see into the future! The young people and the hundreds of staff that I have recruited, and worked with have added immense meaning to my life, along with the hundreds of volunteers who I have been fortunate enough to meet and work with. And meeting parents whose struggle is very real, well, the entire experience has been very humbling.
The campers…ah the campers! Such a joy to have these children and young adults in my midst every day. How lucky was I to have experienced the truest form of love and admiration in the arms of a non- verbal child who just wrapped their arms around me with a smile! They kept me grounded and mindful of why I was here. I just hope that they feel that having me in their life was as positive as I felt their presence in mine.
Thank you for trusting me with your children, your most precious assets, and I hope that you continue to trust Camp Pa qua Tuck as a “Safe Haven” for campers!

Yours in Camping,

Bridget Reilly Costello
