COVID-19 Update from Camp

Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and we are committed to making sure our employees and guests of the Camp are safe.  We understand there is a lot of uncertainty with regards to the new Coronavirus, COVID-19 and we are closely following mandates from the Department of Health, Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization.

At this time our office will remain open with our small crew and all events have been cancelled or postponed for the remainder of the month.  We will continue to monitor the situation and will communicate additional information as things change.

We are pushing towards Summer 2020 and taking basic steps to prevent the spread of infection in the workplace.  We have revised our policies and procedures to reflect the latest recommendations from the CDC and Department of Health.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to our overseas staff as their ability to come this summer remains in question.  Many US embassies have begun to shut their doors for an indefinite period. Applicants that have visa appointments have started to receive communication that their appointment has been cancelled.  We are working closely with our respective agencies to get the latest information and support everyone as best we can.

As we mentioned, this is an uncertain time.   More information is coming in daily and we will update you accordingly.   In the meantime, stay safe and if you are able to, support those who need you.  If anyone in the community needs something, please reach out to us and we’ll try our best to assist you.
